Nicholas Touzeau is an accomplished, optimistic town planner. Since entering the industry in 2002 and joining Urbis in 2007, he has worked on many central and inner-city projects. He excels in major project facilitation and negotiation; positioning projects and devising approval strategies, and leading rezoning and permit approvals.
Nick’s approach is characterised by his pride in his work, gratitude for his opportunities, and collaboration with his peers and clients. His strengths lie in commercial awareness, strategic thinking, relationship building and problem-solving.
Nick has led Urbis’ involvement in several landmark projects. Recent highlights include a 380,000-square-metre master plan collaboration on Melbourne’s Southbank; a mixed-use tower on Collins Street, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects; and various urban renewal projects throughout metropolitan Melbourne.

I’ve always been interested in how cities are organised, and I’m proud of working hard to support my family. Urbis fits in pretty well with all that.
