Michael Knight is a researcher and consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in business analysis, urban economics and property advisory.

Michael has worked with a wide range of private and public sector clients, including small-scale developers, major national and international companies, and government at all levels. He has a passion for market and economic research, project feasibility studies and regional economic development strategies – areas that he sees as essential for cities, communities and regions to benefit from planned growth trajectories.

Michael’s recent career highlights include developing the analytics and strategic recommendations for three major development precincts in Armadale for the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, and co-directing the economic advisory for the Broome Growth Plan.
