Linda Sharkey is an astute valuer who specialises in compulsory acquisitions and compensation, and asset reporting.

Working across commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties throughout Australia, Linda is skilled at conducting valuations to meet her clients’ needs. She is highly regarded within the public and private sectors, and draws on nearly a decade of experience to offer her clients accurate and perceptive valuations.

Linda has conducted market, fair value and insurance assessments for national clients including Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Goodman, and asset reporting valuations for the Department of Education and Training Victoria and Victoria Police. Linda is also accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as an expert witness.

Linda’s career highlights include assessing compensation for owners whose properties were compulsorily acquired as part of the East West Link project, and working on the mortgage valuation of Ilyuka, Victoria’s most expensive residence, which sold for $26 million in 2010.
