Jane Wildmun has worked as a human resources professional for more than 15 years, and has spent more than 25 years working in the professional services sector in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.

She brings a strategic approach to human resources, focusing on driving commercial outcomes through nurturing great people.

At Urbis, Jane works closely with the Directors to drive the delivery of the company’s People Strategy, which aims to continually support the development and advancement of  people at all organisational levels. A significant highlight of her career has been overseeing the development and launch of SOAR, a sponsorship program designed to support high-potential female directors and associate directors progress their careers at Urbis.

My greatest satisfaction comes from the strategic initiatives that take Urbis beyond the traditional boundaries of People Leadership.
