James is an experienced professional specialising in property management and investment management. James has key expertise in managing Landlord and Tenant relations, negotiating lease agreements, and the creation and financial oversight of operating budgets. 

With more than 15 years’ experience managing commercial properties in London and Melbourne, James has managed several major portfolios for private investors and institutions, including the administration of a $500M office, retail and industrial portfolio for Colliers International. James has worked within listed property companies as well as commercial agents such as CBRE.

James’ core focus is Real Estate Management, specifically value adding investment management work and property management. James’ expertise in managing risks and opportunities leads to successful property and leasing management.

James works closely with his clients to assemble multi-disciplinary teams and service providers, both in house and outsourced. When required, James is able to recruit and manage an effective team of property and facilities managers.
