With more than 10 years’ experience in retail, his expertise is wide-ranging, covering turnover and income forecasts, performance and benchmarking analysis, market demand assessments and due diligence. 
Brendan’s career highlights include advising on the expansion of the Eastland Shopping Centre in Victoria, and assisting private equity firm Blackstone to acquire three shopping centres. He also prepared asset reviews for eight properties owned by Vicinity Centres in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and regional NSW.
