Bobby Dunimagloski is a valuer with considerable experience working across metropolitan Sydney.

Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in property economics, is a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute and accredited with all the major banks. His expertise covers residential, industrial, office and mixed-use development sites. Having joined Urbis in 2013, Bobby is responsible for the Residential Development division and advises a range of private developers, institutional investors, corporations, government agencies and financiers.

He has been involved in everything from major institutional portfolio acquisitions to government divestment mandates. Bobby has provided valuations and advice to NSW Treasury on the privatisation of Port Botany, Port Kembla and the Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre; advised Urban Growth on strategic development opportunities; performed institutional valuations for clients such as DEXUS, Lendlease and Mirvac; advised foreign investors on the local market; and valued commercial real estate assets for major banks.
