He has significant strategic planning experience in local government, delivering a major industrial land strategy as project coordinator. With Urbis, Billy has assisted and lead major mixed use and urban renewal projects, guiding them through complex approval pathways.

Having studied and lived overseas, Billy appreciates different approaches to urban problems. He is passionate about planning advocacy.
