Andrew Yen is a highly regarded valuer with more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and valuation.

Before joining Urbis in 2016, he worked for leading valuers Colliers International, Savills and LandMark White. A member of Urbis’ national Real Estate Advisory team, Andrew’s work focuses on NSW and the ACT. He specialises in valuing shopping centres and large format retail complexes, though his portfolio also includes commercial and industrial properties.

Institutions, corporations, financiers and private investors turn to Andrew for his astute valuations and strategic insights. He is adept at valuing properties for financial reporting, acquisition, and first mortgage security purposes. Andrew’s expertise also extends to development valuations, including feasibility studies.

Andrew has valued major shopping centres across Australia, including Westfield Belconnen (ACT), Hyperdome Shopping Centre (Queensland) and East Village Shopping Centre (NSW). He holds degrees in statistics, real estate and commerce.
