Andrew is an experienced property economics consultant specialising in the economics behind real estate performance. He joined Urbis in 2010 and is now a founding member of Urbis’ newly established Singapore entity, Cistri.
Andrew provides strategies and assessments for the market potential of real estate assets; strategies that support potential acquisitions/disposals, expansions and/or performance improvement.
With a masters in economics and a thesis focused on retail trends, Andrew specialises in the retail and mixed use sectors. He has delivered projects in Singapore, Australia, USA. China, Malaysia, Japan, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
A technical expert who lives and breathes data, he is highly skilled in financial and economic modelling.
