Eleanor Horton is a Town Planner with more than 20 years’ experience. She has particular expertise in retail and economic planning, and mixed-use and residential development.

Eleanor provides planning advice on developments of all kinds for clients ranging from bluechip companies to government organisations. She’s applied her specialist skills in strategic planning to urban renewal schemes and developments in the retail, residential, industrial, commercial and leisure sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. Eleanor has a Master of Arts in Town and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Environment and Earth Resources Management.

Eleanor has been proud to manage the planning and technical work for Queen’s Wharf – a city-changing development in Brisbane CBD as well as the master planning for a new mixed-use community on the Gold Coast. A skilled negotiator, she was also pivotal in obtaining development approval for a rural resort and major residential development in Warwick.
