Congratulations to Urbis Associate Director Tim Dawkins who won the prestigious Future Leader Stan Perron Award at the 2016 WA Future Leaders Awards held last Friday.
The awards bring the WA property sector together to celebrate the achievements and contributions of the industry’s next generation.
Tim was recognised and awarded for his overall contribution to the WA property industry.
Property Council WA Executive Lino Lacomella said: “Tim has passionately pursued change and progress in the WA development sector including work on the R-Code Review and the draft SPP 7 – Design of the Built Environment.
“Tim is also passionate about promoting others and has played an active role in the Property Councils 100 Women program and is a mentor for the Future Directions Future Leader Mentoring Program.”
Tim added: “It’s a great honour to receive this prestigious award. The PCA is a strong and effective peak body for our industry, ensuring the views of our sector are clearly heard.
“I’m passionate about shaping great cities, and committed to helping Perth remain a great place for everyone to live as it grows. I’m grateful for the opportunities Urbis has given me to do just that over the past nine years.”
