Peter has 28 years experience consulting in property and retail economics to a wide and impressive range of clients. He has a strong interest in the shaping of the built environment and most of his work involves large property projects. In addition to having specialist skills in the retail and entertainment sectors, Peter also has wide experience in other property sectors including office, residential and hospitality. Over recent years most of Peter’s time has been devoted to assignments in Asia and the Middle East in both mature and emerging markets. Countries outside his homeland Australia in which Peter has undertaken retail assignments include Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Syria, Libya and Pakistan.

Jack joined Urbis in 2005. Prior to this he worked for a number of years in both the private and public sectors conducting economic, financial and policy analysis. Jack has previously worked for Access Economics and with the Major Project Analysis team within ACT Treasury. Jack is an economist who specialises in the economics behind property performance. In additional to having specialist skills in the retail sector, Jack also has wide experience in other property sectors including office, residential and hospitality. Jack began with Urbis focussing on Australian projects, but now largely focusses on Asia. Countries outside Australia in which Jack has undertaken consulting assignments include Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Japan, Indonesia, Pakistan, New Zealand and Qatar.
In addition to his consulting work, Jack is an active member of the ICSC, being a member of the ICSC Asia Pacific Research Committee.

David is now based in Melbourne and continues to provide market advice across a range of property sectors to both Australian and International clients throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
